Windows 10 system disk usage at 100%

Windows 10 system disk usage at 100% I have 2 HDDs in my PC. Drive C, (the one with windows on it) is always at 100%, while my second drive is usually at 0%. I've looked at other threads and other websites but none of the solutions helped.  I've tried disabling windows search and superfetch, and I tried disabling "show me tips while I use windows" in the notification settings. I've also tried disabling Windows Defender and made sure that the Virtual memory is set at 1.5x of my installed RAM. Anyone know what to do? I'm running out of ideas.  My system specs are:  Nvidia GTX 770 2GB OC  AMD FX-8350  8GB 2133Hz DDR3 RAM  ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard  running Windows Home 10 64-bit  I'll also mention that this has been happening for a long time, but I just haven't noticed it as Task Manager always says 50% but not 100% because I have 2 drives.
